We only have 10 days until the start of Vlaorant episode 3 Act 1 and we get a good look at the new Valorant agent.
During Killjoy's takeover of Valorant Twitter, Riot teased the fans with various clues and hints about the new agent's possible nature and ability kit. We also got a teaser video in which we saw a disassembled robot, which could very well be the incoming agent.
We now have a possible leak from a popular twitch streamer, Onscreen, in which we learn a little more about the new agent. To begin, the new robot agent will be known as 'KAY/O,' rather than 'Grenadier,' as fans had anticipated based on previous leaks.
Furthermore, as Riot Games revealed in their State of the Agent blog post, his ability kit will include a flash and a grenade reminiscent of traditional tactical shooters (CS:GO, etc.). We don't know how the abilities will be implemented in-game, but it'll be interesting to see someone other than Raze wielding grenades.
His ultimate will be an EMP knife that, upon hitting a wall, will emit a small EMP-like wave that will cancel out all utility within its range. This might actually be true as Riot Games recently reworked the map Breeze, teasing fans with a radianite box on A-site with a knife stuck in it. We don't know what his ultimate range will be or how long will it last.
Fans will have to wait until June 22nd for Episode 3 to meet the new agent, and hopefully, in 10 days players will be working on learning Agent 16.
