VALORANT's Mumbai servers have gone down yet again! This time, the server has been removed from the game and is no longer available to players.
Riot Games announced via their official discord that the Mumbai server has been removed due to some maintenance issues and that they are working to resolve the error as soon as possible; however, the server will be unavailable in-game until then.
Players from the Indian subcontinent will have to play on Singapore servers or any other available servers based on ping.
The Mumbai servers of VALORANT have been known to go down frequently due to stability and disconnection issues, and Riot Games has been vocal about working on fixing the server. The servers were last down on August 21, making this the second outage in five days.
This could be due to a heavy overload on the Mumbai server in the region, and Riot is actively investigating the root cause to resolve the issues, but so far without success. Players will have to wait a little longer for the server to be active again while Riot works on it.
“We're aware of a problem causing players to disconnect from their games and are investigating the problem,” said Riot Games.
