VALORANT New Map Leak: 'FRACTURE'

Valorant new map Fracture

With the recent VAOLRANT update patch 3.04 and the release of Episode 3 Act 2 just around the corner, fans have already begun to get a taste of what to expect from Act 2, which will be released on September 9, 2021.

With all of the hype surrounding the release of Act 2, rumors and leaks are already starting to circulate, and the one that we are most excited about is the introduction of a new map. VALORANT new map Canyon is called ‘FRACTURE,' and it is a top-secret experiment site that has been divided into the first dual-biome map, according to the official description. The information fits perfectly onto VALORANT's recently teased map card, in which one half of the map appears deserted while the other appears more alive and natural, thus justifying the dual-biome description.

'FRACTURE' will favor the defenders with aggressive defender positioning available on the map. A new agent, codenamed 'DEADEYE,' will be introduced alongside the new map. Aside from these, we'll have new skins and the Community Battlepass coming to VALORANT. A ZEDD-inspired skin bundle, teased in the YR1 anthem, is also slated to drop in with Act 2.

In a tweet from the official VALORANT handle, Riot said "We think Act II is gonna be a banger, but we’ve hit some constraints while getting it to the quality bar you deserve. So, we’re slightly adjusting Act start timings."

VALORANT recently released patch 3.04, which included a slew of new features and quality-of-life enhancements, as well as cosmetic content such as a new 'RECON' skin bundle with the first Butterfly knife.

With so much coming in Act 2, players are in for a real treat, and if rumors are to be believed, Riot may just release a second agent, ‘SPRINTER,' alongside ‘DEADEYE.' We'll have to wait until September 9 to confirm everything, but you can count on us to bring you the most recent leaks and information about VALORANT Episode 3 Act 2.
